REPORTS TO: Production Control Manager

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

About the role

Tasked with packing/scanning/shipping parts accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

· Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding production tasks.

· Backfill production positions during absences, vacations, callouts, and staffing shortages.

· Support production where operational needs are greatest.

Qualifications

· Successfully cross-trained on all production workstations.

· Tenured, at least 6mos to a 1 year

· Demonstrates competency at each workstation.

· Able to perform the physically demanding work required of the role.

· Meets attendance, safety, and quality expectations.

· No active corrective actions.

· Leadership recommendation.

· Promotion based on operational needs.
