About the role

Coordinate Warranty Claim activity between the customer, Engineering and KLSE MFG Plants.

Responsibilities

· Knowledgeable of customer’s quality policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Communicate customer concerns and requirements as needed.

· Responsible for monitoring field claim status (HMMA, KaGA and module company).

· Attend field claim investigation and improvement activity per customer request.

· Work with KLSE plant staff to consider root cause and counter measure for field claim issues.

· Responsible for analysis and refutation of field claim invoice from HMMA, KaGA and module company.

· Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Management Team.

Essential Skills

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related field or equivalent.

· Four to six years related experience or equivalent.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Effectively manage priorities and workflow.

Preferred Skills

· Automotive background preferred not required.

o Specifically, vehicles with defects.
